LLP Annual Filing (Form 8 + Form 11)

LLP annual filing is the annual compliance of a limited liability partnership under the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 and the Limited Liability Partnership Rules 2009 — the Statement of Account and the Solvency in Form 8, the Annual Return in Form 11, the income tax return under the Income-tax Act 1961, and the audit of the accounts where the turnover or the contribution crosses the thresholds under Rule 24 of the LLP Rules. The forms are filed with the Registrar of Companies within the prescribed timelines — Form 8 within 30 days of the end of the six months from the close of the financial year, and Form 11 by 30 May — and the late filing carries the fee and the penalty under the Act.
