The Firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and its professional conduct is governed by the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the regulations framed thereunder.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the Website, using any free tool, creating a portal account, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
3. No professional relationship from Website content
Content on this Website — including articles, guides, calculators, and tool outputs — is general information, not professional advice. Reading it, or using a free tool, does not create a chartered accountant–client relationship with the Firm.
A professional engagement with the Firm arises only through a specific engagement confirmed in writing (including through the client portal), and is governed by the terms of that engagement and the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.
4. Free tools — indicative only
The calculators and tools on this Website are provided free of charge for indicative purposes. While every tool cites the statutory provision it relies on, tax and corporate law change frequently and individual circumstances vary. Outputs must be verified by a qualified professional before any filing, payment, or financial decision.
Except where a tool expressly states otherwise, tool inputs are processed in your browser and are not stored or transmitted to our servers.
5. Client portal
Portal access is provided to clients of the Firm for tracking engagements, filings, documents, and communication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
We may suspend portal access to protect the security or integrity of the platform, or where required by law.
6. Fees and payments
Prices displayed on the Website (including "from" prices) are indicative starting prices in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The final fee for an engagement is the fee confirmed at the time of engagement.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment aggregator. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
Where an engagement cannot be commenced or delivered by the Firm, amounts paid for that engagement will be refunded to the original payment method. Government fees, stamp duties, and third-party charges already incurred are not refundable. Refund requests may be sent to hr@hr-ca.com.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information and documents that are true, complete, and provided in time for statutory deadlines. The Firm is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by you.
You agree not to misuse the Website — including attempting to breach security, scraping at scale, reverse-engineering the tools, or using the Website for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Website — text, design, tools, code, and branding — belongs to the Firm or its licensors. You may use the tools for your own personal or business purposes and share links to them. You may not reproduce, resell, or republish Website content without written permission.
9. Data protection

The Website links to government portals and third-party services (for example, the Income Tax e-filing portal, GSTN, MCA21, and Razorpay). We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Website, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution mechanism agreed in a written engagement.
