Form 15CD — IFSC Quarterly Remittance Reporting

A unit of an International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) — such as GIFT City — must furnish a quarterly statement of its remittances. That statement is Form 15CD, the companion to the Form 15CA (Form 145 from 1 Apr 2026) / Form 15CB (Form 146 from 1 Apr 2026) remittance framework for IFSC units. From 1 April 2026, the form is renumbered Form 148 under the Income-tax Act 2025 / Income-tax Rules 2026 framework.

What it is

Form 15CD is the quarterly statement furnished by a unit of an International Financial Services Centre, as referred to in Section 80LA(1A) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, in respect of remittances made during the quarter. IFSC units benefit from the tax regime under Section 80LA, and the quarterly remittance statement is part of the reporting that keeps that regime clean. Under the Income-tax Act 2025 framework the statement maps to Form 148 (quarterly statement by an IFSC unit in respect of remittances). The exact rule number in the Income-tax Rules 2026 is not yet formally confirmed in public sources, so we cite the form by name until the official notification is out.
